The New England Model Aircraft club started over 20 years ago and is based in Armidale. Gliders, electrics, powered aircraft and helicopters are all catered for. The club generally hold the Sail Plane Expo on the Australia Day long weekend each year. New members are always welcome and instructors are available to help get you off the ground but more importantly back onto the ground successfully.
